How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Ebb and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Ebb, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

Is my data private?

Yes. All your symptom data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or sell any personal health data.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Free users can export a CSV file. Premium users can also generate a PDF report for doctor visits.
