These Terms of Use govern your use of the Ebb mobile application ("Ebb," "the App") operated by New Era Code LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using Ebb, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Ebb is a personal symptom tracking tool designed to help you log and monitor how you feel over time. You may use Ebb for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

Not Medical Advice

Ebb is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information recorded and displayed in Ebb is for your personal reference only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of anything related to your use of Ebb.

Subscriptions and Payments

Ebb offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and pricing. Subscription details, including pricing and trial periods, are displayed in the App before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions.

Your Data

All symptom data you enter in Ebb is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or store your health data on any server. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Ebb, including its design, code, and content, is owned by New Era Code LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Ebb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Era Code LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ebb. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, we'll post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Ebb after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
